Webinar about nurturing emotional wellbeing and personal growth

Courcey Rovers GAA, in conjunction with Kinsale Community School and Kinsale Youth Support Services are hosting a webinar about nurturing emotional wellbeing and personal growth online on Thursday, March 11 at 7.30pm.

A spokesperson for Courcey Rovers said: “We feel that this is very pertinent in these times and we would like to invite people of all ages from and communities throughout Cork to join us, (minimum age is transition year and above).

This is a webinar of honest and open discussion around nurturing emotional wellbeing and personal growth.

This event has several guests involved on the night such as Conor Cusack who is well known for his exploits as a talented player but also more recently as an Emotional Health advocate.

We will also be in conversation with a range of community members such as Cork camogie captain Linda Collins; Ger Rice of Kinsale Youth Support Services as well as representation from Croke Parks National Health Clubs Project Team.”
