Football kick-out workshop
The Cork GAA Football Goalkeepers Work group is hosting a workshop on kick-outs at Páirc Uí Chaoimh on Saturday, February 19, from 9 to 11am.
The workshop is open to all club coaches and will cover:
- Team-based approach to kick out strategies & tactics

How do you attack the opposition kick out?

What percentage of kick-outs does your team need to win games?

Practical, on-field demonstrations
This two-hour workshop will include a discussion on these aspects of the game followed by some coaching examples of how to prepare your team to win the kick-out battle in matches.
