Please note that we are coming to the end of another excellent year of Monster Blitzes.
The yearly planner had outlined that Fé 8 finals would take place on the 7th October (football) and the 14th October (hurling).
In order to allow these games be played in the new Pairc Ui Chaoimh, we are running the finals on the 14th October (football) and the 21st October (hurling). The codes are now aligned to the county senior football and hurling final weekends.
Should your club wish to enter the football or hurling finals day, then please complete the form linked at the bottom of this e mail.
Note that games will be held throughout the day to allow all clubs the opportunity to play as we only have the 4G pitch at our disposal.
The form for registration is attached on the link below and will be available on the website also.
This process will close on the 6th October for the 14th October blitz and the 13th October for the hurling on the 21st.
Clubs will be informed of their time slots no later than Monday before each blitz.
As these are finals days, we will have the option for clubs to buy medals for their players to be presented by senior inter county players. These medals will need to be pre ordered on the form below and there will be a charge of €2 per medal which can be paid on the day.

I would ask all secretaries to forward this e mail to the club Fe 8 managers.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF DEMAND FOR PLACES EXCEEDS WHAT IS AVAILABLE, BENCHMARKING ACCREDITED CLUBS WILL GET PRIORITY.
Kevin O Callaghan
Cork Games Development Manager
