Premier 1 Championship Q-Finals takes place
Rebel Og Premier 1 Minor Hurling championship for 2017 will have a new name on the trophy as champions Na Piarsaigh were beaten by Douglas following a goal in the 62th minute of the game by Matthew McCauliffe.

Midleton were too strong for Carbery as they ran out winners 4-21 to 2-13. Duhallow booked their semi-final place following their one point win over Blarney.
