This role will have overall responsibility for multiple initiatives under the central themes of Participation, Performance and Coach Education, with full responsibility for the management of all Games Development staff.

Considering the significant increase in funding which will be invested in coaching across the county in the next few years, it represents a significant, but rewarding challenge for candidates with the required vision and ambition.

The appointment will be a key one in the promotion of our games and indeed, the success of our teams.
